Subscribers of EvalAI (a product of EvalAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) can cancel their active recurring plans or subscription services at any time. The cancellation can be initiated directly through the Account Settings on the dashboard page or by sending a written request to our billing support at support@evalai.dev. Please note that subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the services until that time.
EvalAI utilizes a token-based prepay credit system for answer sheet evaluation. Since tokens are credited instantly to your institutional wallet upon payment, individual token package purchases cannot be cancelled or retracted once the transaction is complete. Unused tokens will remain in your wallet indefinitely and do not expire, unless your account is terminated or deleted.
For custom institutional or enterprise agreements, the terms of service cancellation are subject to the specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed between the respective institution and EvalAI. Please refer to your signed agreement or reach out to our accounts team for specific termination timelines.
